Position: System Requirements Engineering: AI (TT59SF RM 4580) IBM DOORS Next / DNG & AI Integration Engineer Job Responsibilities
Work with requirements artifacts in IBM DOORS Next/DNG.
Develop APIs/scripts to retrieve and process requirements.
Implement AI-assisted quality checks, classification and summarization.
Support ambiguity/inconsistency detection and traceability analysis.
Integrate AI services into requirements workflows.
Validate generated recommendations with engineering stakeholders.
Support auditing, controlled updates and data protection.

Mandatory Technical Skills
IBM DOORS Next/DNG hands-on experience.
Requirements lifecycle management and traceability.
IBM ELM APIs or OSLC.
Python or Java integration development.
AI/LLM integration or requirements-processing automation.

Valuable to Have : RAG, NLP, LLM APIs, automotive systems engineering, requirements quality analysis. Candidate Fitment Must demonstrate: DNG integration/automation and an approach for AI-assisted requirements analysis. Reject: Generic AI engineers without DNG knowledge or DNG users without development/integration capability
