About the Role
We are looking for experienced US Non-IT Recruiters to support our growing recruitment operations across healthcare and other non-IT industries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US non-IT requirements.
Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
Recruit for roles across engineering, manufacturing, administrative, finance, and other non-IT domains.
Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates against job requirements.
Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and drive the submission process.
Build and maintain solid candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
Work closely with Account Managers and Recruitment Managers to understand client expectations.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on submissions, interviews, and placements.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in US Non-IT recruitment.
Positive understanding of US hiring practices and recruitment processes.
Experience sourcing candidates for healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, or other non-IT positions.
Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing tools.
Solid communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in US time zones and achieve recruitment targets. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
