Inquiry Handling: Answer customer questions via phone, email, chat, or walk-ins.
Issue Resolution: Investigate complaints, troubleshoot service or product problems, and coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, operations) to resolve them.
Preferred candidate profile Fluent in Multilanguage communication preferred
Soft Skills: Empathy, patience, active listening, and problem-solving under pressure.
