Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end bookkeeping & reconciliations for multiple clients using Zoho Books—including vendor, customer, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and ensure alignment with Indian GAAP/Ind AS.
File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns accurately and within deadlines across multiple entities.
Collaborate with clients to collect and validate source documents, resolve discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.
Support audit coordination by preparing schedules, maintaining audit trails, and ensuring documentation compliance.




Automate repetitive tasks using Zoho Books workflows, reports, and integrations to improve efficiency.

MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Accounting Standards (Ind AS / Indian GAAP)

ERP Systems (Tally / SAP Business One)
Working knowledge of XBRL or e-Form filing for MCA
