Key Responsibilities

A. Every lead gets a explicit, qualified first call
Make the daily target of outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers from assigned databases, lists and referrals
Introduce RGB clearly and professionally, and identify the right person to speak to
Handle first objections (not interested, send details, call later) politely and keep the door open

B. Event and inbound leads are followed up rapid
Call every event-captured and inbound lead within the agreed time window
Confirm their need, business size and urgency before passing them on
Re-engage old and cold leads in the database on a planned cycle

C. Qualified meetings are booked and actually happen
Qualify each prospect using the agreed checklist: decision-maker, business size, need, timeline
Book discovery calls or meetings for the Founder / Sales & BD Executive and send calendar invites




Send confirmation and reminder messages so booked meetings actually happen

D. No promised callback is ever missed
Set and keep every callback promised to a prospect, on the date and time agreed
Send follow-up WhatsApp messages and emails using approved templates after calls
Never let a lead go cold because of a missed callback

E. The sales tracker is always accurate
Log every call, outcome and next step in the sales tracker the same day
Tag leads by status (hot / warm / cold / not interested) and keep the data clean
Hand over booked meetings with full context: who they are, what they need, what was promised

F. The Founder always knows the calling numbers
Share a daily calling report: calls made, connects, qualified leads, meetings booked
Flag common objections and feedback from prospects to the sales team
Share a weekly summary in the pipeline review without being asked
