Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as IT Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Understand client requirements and find suitable candidates for IT positions.

Requirements
Positive verbal and written communication skills.




Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Knowledge of MS Excel and job portals is preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team and achieve targets.

Salary & Working Details
Salary: ₹10,000 per month (Performance-Based)
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Freshers: Can Apply
Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
