Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Voice Process Executive with positive communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer queries over calls, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Address customer queries, requests, and concerns related to services.
Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions within defined timelines.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the system.
Follow defined processes, service standards, and quality guidelines.




Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer service targets.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
Valuable command of English and Hindi; regional language proficiency will be an added advantage.

Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
Candidates with prior experience in customer service or voice processes will have an added advantage.
Should be comfortable handling customer calls.
Should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
