Job Responsibilities
Handle UK customer queries over calls and chats related to flights, hotel bookings, travel insurance, and car transfers/rentals.
Offer the best available deals and convert inquiries into sales.
Handle calls confidently and maintain regular follow-ups.
Achieve sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience in UK Voice Process Inbound/Outbound Travel Sales.
US/UK process experience preferred.
Only B2C offline voice sales experience required.
Tour handling, online sales, and web sales profiles are not eligible.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
GDS knowledge is mandatory (Galileo/Amadeus).
Positive geographical knowledge is required.
