Position: Controller Accounting |

We are looking for an experienced Controller-level accounting skilled with robust expertise in US Accounting, Real Estate/Property Accounting, GL Accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close. The candidate will independently manage accounting operations, oversee accounting teams and external bookkeeping providers, and act as the primary accounting contact for clients.

Key Requirements:
10+ years of hands-on GL Accounting experience – Mandatory
Prior Controller / Assistant Controller / equivalent senior-level experience
5–10 years of Real Estate/Property Accounting experience
Solid knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
Experience managing accounting teams and third-party bookkeeping providers
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Experience with cash management, escrow, draw requests, bridge loans, and rate cap monitoring is preferred
Ability to independently manage accounting deliverables and resolve accounting issues

Job Details: | 5-day work week | Remote | US Shift starting around 6:30 PM IST | Real Estate industry experience preferred.
