We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily floor operations at Preethi Silks. The ideal candidate should have solid retail experience, excellent team management skills, and the ability to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Mandatory experience in the retail industry.
-Previous experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar retail supervisory role.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Valuable communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to manage sales staff and ensure smooth floor operations.
-Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
