Key Responsibilities
Analyze and manage competitive freight rates (air, sea, and land).
Negotiate rates with carriers and agents.
Prepare and deliver accurate pricing proposals for customers.
Monitor market trends in the GCC region to provide competitive pricing.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams.
Maintain updated rate databases and generate pricing reports.
Handle end-to-end import operations (main focus – KSA shipments)
Coordinate with Overseas agents shipping lines, NVOCCs and customers
Manage booking, documentation, and shipment tracking
Follow up for shipment status, ETA updates, and delays
Handle destination coordination (Jeddah, Dammam, Riyadh)
Communicate with clients regarding:
Shipment updates
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
