Role & Responsibilities
Collaborate with design and sourcing teams to curate seasonal product ranges aligned with brand DNA and market demand.
Monitor competitor pricing, trend movements, and consumer behavior to inform buying and markdown strategies.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate MOQs, lead times, and cost structures to maximize margin and efficiency.
Track inventory turnover, sell-through rates, and stock levels to ensure optimal availability and reduce overstock.
Prepare and present buying plans, open-to-buy budgets, and performance dashboards to senior merchandising leadership.




Adhere to a 2-year bond agreement with structured growth milestones and cross-functional exposure across buying, planning, and retail analytics.
