Specialist – Talent Acquisition (TAT)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely candidate submissions and position closures.

Qualifications:
Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT hiring.
Solid sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
Willing to work on-site in Bangalore.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
