We are hiring a skilled Civil Engineer to oversee and manage all in office execution activities for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise, hands-on site management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality construction delivery

Role & responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor all civil construction activities as per the project plan.
Supervise site operations including excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing work.
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design and execution issues.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Preferred candidate profile
Must have Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineers : B.E/B.Tech - Civil
2+ years of experience in site execution in real estate or infrastructure projects
Experience working with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
