Position: Guest Relations Executive – Real Estate

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Profile:

We are looking for a presentable, confident and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive for the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing customer inquiries, coordinating site visits and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend to customers visiting the property.
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Coordinate property visits and client appointments.
Explain basic project details and available facilities.
Maintain visitor records and customer databases.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.




1–3 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality or real estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and skilled appearance.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
