An NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) Telecaller handles phone communications with prospective and existing customers to sell financial products (such as personal, vehicle, or mortgage loans) or to manage loan recoveries and collections.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Calling: Dial prospective or existing clients to pitch financial offerings, or manage incoming calls regarding product inquiries.
Lead Generation & Sales: Explain loan types, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements, converting leads into loan applications.
Collections & Recovery (if assigned to collection): Contact customers with pending payments or overdue EMIs, remind them of due dates, and explain repayment options.
Data & CRM Management: Log call outcomes, update customer details, and track follow-up schedules in the company’s CRM system.
Coordination: Liaise with field sales executives, credit teams, or branch managers to push through loan logins and disbursements.





Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Minimum 12th pass (HSC) or any undergraduate/graduate degree.
Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience in telecalling, BPO sales, or the banking/NBFC sector is preferred.
Language Skills: Proficiency in local regional languages and Malayalam, Hindi, English depending on the market.
Core Competencies:
Positive verbal communication and active listening.
Negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Basic computer and CRM tool literacy (MS Office, smartphone apps).
Resilience and target-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
