Role Description This is a full time, on-site Front Desk and Customer Support role based in Kozhikode. The role involves welcoming visitors, managing check-ins, answering phone calls, and responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and skilled manner. Responsibilities include maintaining the front desk area, handling bookings and basic documentation, updating records in computer systems, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.



The team member will also provide information on services and packages, support guests with their travel queries, and ensure that all interactions reflect the company’s service standards.

Qualifications
Solid Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties for managing calls, appointments, and front desk operations.
Basic Computer Literacy for handling bookings, emails, and data entry.
Ability to speak clearly and professionally in English and local languages; additional languages are an advantage.
Previous experience in front desk, hospitality, or customer support roles is preferred.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy workplace.
High level of reliability, punctuality, and a customer-oriented mindset.
