Preferred candidate profile
Understand client requirements, job descriptions, skill sets, and hiring expectations.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, salary expectations, and job suitability.
Experience in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and niche recruitment.
Solid sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
