The Technical Trainer will deliver theoretical and practical training in EV charging station installation and Data Center Operations Management, equipping learners with industry-relevant technical skills, troubleshooting capabilities, and safety practices to enhance their employability.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and hands-on training on AC/DC EV charging systems, installation, wiring, earthing, testing, and commissioning.
Train learners on server hardware, networking, racks, cabling, UPS, power systems, cooling, and data center maintenance.
Demonstrate troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures.
Assess trainee performance and maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
Mentor learners and coordinate with the placement team to support employment opportunities.
Maintain training lab equipment and stay updated on industry technologies.





Qualifications & Experience:
ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant industry experience in EV charging, electrical systems, data center operations, or IT infrastructure.
Prior teaching or training experience preferred.

Required Skills:
Solid technical knowledge and practical troubleshooting skills.
Positive communication, presentation, and training abilities.
Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance.
Fluency in English and the local language.
