Current Account, CMS, Trade (Domestic & Cross Boarder) & Supply Chain Finance, Sector Solutions, Capital Account and Custody & Capital Markets; IPO & Escrows. Provides digital solutions with advanced technology. Manages business strategy and Sales & solutions. Gujarat International Financial Tec-City (GIFT)

Capital Fund Division is a niche segment focus on Bankers to the Issue (BTI) Services; Escrow, RERA and CSR products.

About the Role

Business strategy & planning for growth.

Evaluate the Market & Peers Product/Process offering and implementation of best suitable products for the customers.

Deep understanding about SEBI and RBI guidelines and actively engage with Regulators.

Possess knowledge on key areas ICDR Guidelines (IPO/Buy-Back/Rights Issue/FPO, etc); Escrow & RERA; KYC/AML

Provide Solutions to the customers on Regulatory Guidelines.

Overall Business Development of Capital Fund (At Domestic & GIFT)

Driving Business through Coverage & Direct Customer Meetings.





Creating synergies with Intermediaries (Legal firms and Trustees); Administrators.

Positive understanding on SEBI and RBI guidelines.

Product Commercialization – Planning & Execution.

Business Controle: Risk minimization; Audit & Compliance.

Meet revenue targets - Fee, CDAB & Fx

Organize roadshows in collaboration with Big4 / Internal subsidiaries / Tax Consultant.

Business Analysis & Management Reports Preparation

Mentoring team members.

Cross Sales of WBP/Bank’s other Products.

Qualifications
Any master’s degree with experience of 10+ years in capital Fund Business.

Role Proficiencies
Positive and cooperative attitude with good communication skills
Thorough with SEBI regulations & policies related to Capital Fund (Escrow, IPO, Dividend, RERA, CSR etc)
Ability to provide solutions to the clients
Proactive in learning & self-development.
