We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team and provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their needs.
Explain product features, fabric quality, and pricing.
Help customers choose the right textile and apparel products.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Guide and support junior sales staff.
Maintain product display, folding, and merchandising.
Ensure stock availability and store cleanliness.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain store discipline and company standards.

Candidate Requirements
2–7 years of experience in retail or sales.
Textile or apparel sales experience preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.




Leadership and teamwork skills.
Target-oriented and hardworking.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹16,000–₹25,000.
Attractive sales incentives.
Annual increment as per company policy.
Annual bonus as per company policy.
Weekly Off: 1 day per week.
ESI & PF as applicable.
