Key Requirements:
Solid experience in fintech / financial services / digital banking.
Hands-on experience in RBI regulatory reporting and compliance.
Solid understanding of financial controllership, accounting and reporting.
Exposure to treasury, taxation, audits and financial planning.
Experience managing a finance team of 20+ professionals.
Role Overview: The role involves leading the overall finance function, including financial operations, regulatory compliance, reporting, treasury, taxation, audits and financial planning. The person will also work closely with the Board, investors, auditors, and banking partners.
