Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries. • Communicate with customers professionally and understand their requirements. • Explain company products, features, and benefits to potential customers. • Promote and sell company products over the phone. • Convince customers and generate sales through effective communication. • Maintain a positive and qualified approach during customer interactions.
