Position: Online Interviewer / Candidate Screening Specialist

Language Requirements

First Priority (Mandatory):
Excellent fluency in Tamil and English, both speaking and understanding.
Solid communication and interviewing skills.

Second Priority (Preferred):
Knowledge of Malayalam and/or Kannada.
Candidates fluent in Tamil, English, Malayalam, and Kannada will receive additional preference.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct online interviews with candidates, teachers, trainers, and service specialists.
Evaluate candidates' communication skills, qualifications, experience, and subject knowledge.
Conduct interviews in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or English, depending on language proficiency.
Prepare interview feedback and candidate evaluation reports.
Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate selection.





Eligibility
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in interviewing, recruitment, HR, or candidate screening is preferred.
Ability to conduct interviews professionally through Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp video calls.
Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled interviews.
