The ideal candidate will have a robust background in wealth management, particularly in handling high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and acquiring portfolio management services (PMS). This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in managing assets under management (AUM) and a deep understanding of financial markets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement wealth management strategies tailored to HNI clients, ensuring their financial goals are met.
Lead the PMS acquisition process, identifying potential clients and presenting tailored investment solutions.
Manage and grow the AUM by building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional service.
Oversee the financial performance of client portfolios, ensuring profitability and adherence to P&L; management standards.
Collaborate with a team of financial advisors and analysts to deliver comprehensive wealth management services.




Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with NISM standards.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Required Skills
Extensive experience in wealth management and HNI client handling.
Proven track record in PMS acquisition and AUM growth.
