About HS Best Masale

HS Best Masale is a growing FMCG spice brand committed to delivering quality, purity and authentic taste. We are looking for a creative, experienced and result-oriented Social Media Marketing skilled to strengthen our digital presence and build our brand across India.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow HS Best Masale's social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant channels.
Plan and execute monthly social media marketing strategies and content calendars.
Create engaging reels, videos, posts, stories and promotional campaigns.
Develop creative ideas for product promotions, brand awareness and audience engagement.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers and video editors.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google.
Work with influencers, food bloggers and regional content creators.
Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement, followers and leads.
Analyse competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.




Prepare monthly performance reports with measurable results.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing.
Experience in FMCG, Food, Grocery or Consumer Brands will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads and YouTube.
Valuable understanding of Meta Business Suite and digital advertising.
Creative thinking, content planning and brand-building skills.
Knowledge of Canva, video editing tools and AI-based content tools.
Ability to independently manage social media activities and deliver measurable growth.

What We Expect We are not looking for someone who simply uploads posts. We need a qualified who can take ownership of our digital brand presence, create engaging content, grow our audience and contribute to business growth.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
