We are seeking a motivated and experienced Academic Team Lead to guide our academic team and support high-quality teaching and learning. The successful candidate will coordinate academic activities, mentor staff, monitor student progress, and help ensure consistent delivery of the curriculum.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support academic staff.
Coordinate curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and academic schedules.
Monitor student performance and coordinate appropriate support.
Review teaching quality and promote effective instructional practices.
Prepare academic reports and share progress updates with leadership.
Communicate professionally with students, parents or guardians, and colleagues.
Identify prospects to improve academic programs and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.
Teaching experience; academic leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Robust communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities.
Familiarity with learning-management systems and student records is an advantage.
