We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – End User Support to lead and manage IT support operations.
Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of IT / End User Support Engineers.
Handle daily team operations and task allocation.
Monitor SLA, KPI and ticket resolution.
Manage escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.
Monitor team performance and productivity.
Ensure smooth delivery of IT infrastructure support services.
Preferred candidate profile 4+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / End User Support.
Prior Team Lead experience is mandatory.
Solid experience in team handling and people management.
Experience in SLA and escalation management.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key: This is a pure Team Lead requirement. Candidates with only individual contributor experience in Desktop Support / IT Support are not suitable.
