Looking for a proactive and result-driven Team Lead – Telecallers to manage and guide the telecalling team at Cosmediks Clinic.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily calling operations, ensuring lead conversions, maintaining quality standards, and driving team performance.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling telecalling teams, solid communication skills, and the ability to motivate and achieve targets in a rapid-paced clinic setting.
The candidate will be responsible for leading the team, improving call quality, and achieving business targets while maintaining a high standard of patient experience.
The idea candidate wll be responsible for monitor inbound and outbound calls, ensuring high-quality communication and patient handling
The candidate wil be Lead, supervise, and manage a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets

Pay: ₹25,542.42 - ₹30,958.79 per month
