We are looking for a Strategic Operations Head to lead business operations, growth planning, process optimization, and cross-functional execution across the organization. The role requires a highly analytical and leadership-oriented professional capable of driving operational excellence, scaling business functions, and aligning teams with long-term company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with company goals
Oversee day-to-day business operations and identify areas for improvement
Drive process optimization, automation, and efficiency across departments
Coordinate with leadership teams on growth initiatives and expansion plans
Monitor business performance metrics and prepare operational reports
Lead execution of high-priority projects and organizational initiatives
Build scalable systems, SOPs, and operational frameworks
Collaborate with finance, sales, HR, and marketing teams for streamlined execution
Identify operational risks and implement corrective strategies
Support decision-making through data analysis and market insights

Requirements




Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in operations, business strategy, or leadership roles
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience managing cross-functional teams and business processes
Robust understanding of business growth and operational scaling
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, reporting tools, and operational dashboards
