Mandatory Skills
5+ years of experience in software testing with strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
Hands-on experience in Lending domain testing.
Robust experience with LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System).
Hands-on experience in T24 / Temenos testing or integration.
Robust understanding of end-to-end loan lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, approval, disbursement, repayment, restructuring, and closure.
Experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Experience testing integrations between LOS/LMS, T24, APIs, and downstream/upstream systems.
Positive knowledge of SQL and database validation.
Experience in test case preparation, execution, defect tracking, and test reporting.
Hands-on experience with defect/test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar tools.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum testing practices.
