Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Software Tester with hands-on experience in testing AI-driven and Video-based SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end software functionality, executing test cases based on business use cases, identifying defects, and ensuring product quality across web-based platforms and integrated applications.Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing for AI and Video SaaS products.
Develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements and use cases.
Validate AI workflows, video processing features, APIs, and cloud-based SaaS applications.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Execute integration testing between various software modules and third-party systems.
Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release sign-offs.
Perform exploratory testing to identify usability and performance issues.
Assist in automation testing initiatives wherever applicable.





Required Skills
2+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
Experience in testing AI-based applications and Video Streaming/Video Analytics solutions.
Positive understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or Swagger.
Understanding of SaaS application architecture and cloud-based environments.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and video processing workflows.
Experience testing REST APIs and microservices architecture.
ISTQB Certification will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
