Required Skills & Experience
3–11+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ARCS.
Hands-on experience in Account Reconciliation Cloud Services or similar Oracle EPM platforms.
Robust understanding of Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules.
Experience in ARCS support, configuration and implementation.
Positive understanding of bank reconciliation processes and transaction matching rules.
Experience with Data Management integrations.
Knowledge of reconciliation profiles, formats, workflows and rules.
Experience in month-end closing support.
Ability to troubleshoot configuration, data and process-related issues.
Solid analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
