Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Strategic Sales Head to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, develop business strategies, and manage sales teams across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Lead and manage Sales Managers, Team Leaders and Immigration Consultants.
Drive monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Monitor branch-wise sales performance, lead conversion and team productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and strategies for business expansion.
Analyse sales reports, market trends and competitor activities.
Improve client acquisition, conversion rates and customer satisfaction.




Coordinate with Marketing, Documentation and Operations teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews and sales strategy meetings.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing.
7–10 years of overall sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Experience in Immigration, Overseas Education or Consultancy is preferred.
Solid leadership, negotiation and business development skills.
Proven track record in revenue generation and team management.
Excellent communication and strategic decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
