Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Textile Engineer with practical knowledge of weaving operations, yarn, fabric development, textile testing, dyeing, and textile designing. The candidate should have experience in production management, manpower handling, R&D; activities, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily weaving operations and textile production activities.
Handle yarn selection, yarn quality, fabric development, and weaving processes.
Conduct fabric testing and textile testing to ensure quality standards.
Knowledge of dyeing processes, textile designing, sampling, and fabric development.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain product standards.
Handle and manage production manpower effectively.
Work on R&D; activities, product development, and process improvement.
Develop current fabric samples and support design and sampling activities.
Monitor production targets, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure timely execution of production plans and quality requirements.
