Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner items as per the restaurant menu.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation and portion sizes.
Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety.
Manage food preparation efficiently and complete tasks on time.
Maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients.
Have valuable knowledge of Kerala-style vegetarian meals and traditional South Indian cuisine.

Requirements - Previous experience in a South Indian or Kerala vegetarian restaurant preferred.




Positive cooking skills and knowledge of traditional Kerala recipes.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant setting.
