Plan and deliver engaging Social Studies lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and school academic guidelines.
Teach History, Geography, Political Science/Civics, and other relevant topics as per the assigned grades.
Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, presentations, and classroom activities.
Encourage students to develop critical thinking, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Integrate technology, maps, timelines, case studies, and project-based learning into classroom instruction.
Assess student learning through assignments, class tests, projects, examinations, and other evaluation methods.
Maintain accurate academic records, assessment data, and student progress reports.
Provide additional academic support to students who require assistance.




Maintain effective classroom management and promote a respectful, inclusive, and positive learning workplace.
Communicate students’ academic progress and concerns to parents and relevant school authorities.
Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, school events, and career development programmes.
Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the School Principal or Head of Department.
