Seeking an experienced xMatters SME to assess, stabilize, and optimize existing enterprise xMatters environments. Review configurations, workflows, integrations, notification processes, governance, and operational practices.

Implement approved improvements, resolve operational gaps, and strengthen Incident/Major Incident Management processes. Develop SOPs, support documentation, runbooks, and training materials while conducting knowledge-transfer sessions to enable internal teams to independently manage the platform.

Key Skills Must Have
5+ years of hands-on xMatters administration and solution development
xMatters configuration, workflows, and integrations
ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams integrations
REST APIs and workflow automation
Email, SMS, Voice, and Push notifications
ITSM: Incident,



Major Incident, Change, and Problem Management
Platform assessment, troubleshooting, and optimization
SOPs, runbooks, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Key Responsibilities
Assess existing xMatters settings, configurations, and integrations.
Identify technical debt, operational risks, and governance gaps.
Optimize workflows, alerting, escalation, and support processes.
Define administration standards and operational guidelines.
Prepare architecture documentation, SOPs, and support knowledge articles.
Conduct hands-on training and mentor internal SMEs.
Establish a sustainable operating and support model.
