Vacancy: Experienced Visa Filing Officer

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Filing Officer with a minimum of 1 year of relevant filing experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and process Tourist, Visitor, and Study Visa applications.
Verify documents carefully to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain a separate checklist for every case and identify pending documents.
Regularly check application status and provide timely updates.
Follow up with clients to collect pending documents and complete files on time.
Ensure all forms and supporting documents are properly organised before submission.
Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, and client details.
Stay updated with visa documentation requirements and embassy procedures.




Handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in visa filing.
Knowledge of Tourist, Visitor, and Study Visa documentation.
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
