Job Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize VMC programs as per component drawings.
Prepare programs using G-code and M-code.
Knowledge of CAM software and tool path generation.
Select cutting tools and machining parameters.
Handle VMC machine setting, programming, and prove-out.
Ensure component accuracy and maintain quality standards.
Optimize machining cycle time and improve productivity.
