TheOneTrade is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who can manage recruitment activities, identify suitable candidates, and ensure a smooth and organized hiring process.

This is a fully remote prospect for professionals who are self-driven, organized, and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring records.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely interview scheduling.
Support the HR team with recruitment and other HR-related activities.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR,



recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of candidate sourcing and screening.
Ability to conduct professional screening calls and coordinate interviews.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Must have a laptop/desktop and a reliable internet connection.
Ability to work from anywhere in India.
