Location: Mumbai / Ahmedabad / Other suitable locations in the Western region

Experience: 10–15 Years

CTC: ₹15–17 LPA

Job Requirements
The candidate should have 10–15 years of relevant experience in the medical devices, healthcare, medical consumables or related industry.
Must have prior experience handling a minimum of 3 states independently.
Should possess strong regional sales management experience with the ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Must have experience in distributor management, channel development and expanding the market presence across assigned territories.
Should have positive relationships and an established network within the medical devices and healthcare industry.
Robust team management, business development, negotiation and territory management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive sales operations across the Western region.
Develop and strengthen distributor networks across assigned territories.
Achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
Identify new business prospects and expand market reach.
Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals and distributors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regional business performance.
Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and business plans across the assigned region.
