We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team in Arwal, India. This role is ideal for freshers who have completed their 10th grade and are eager to start a career in telemarketing.

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers through phone calls. You will introduce our products and services, answer inquiries, and provide information to help customers make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities include:
Making outbound calls: You will reach out to a list of potential clients to promote our offerings and explain their advantages.
Responding to customer queries: Address any questions or concerns from customers during calls to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
Keeping records: Maintain accurate logs of conversations and customer interactions for future reference and follow-up.
Achieving targets: Work towards set targets related to calls made and sales generated, contributing to the overall goals of the organization.





The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clear and effective exchanges with customers. You should be friendly and approachable, able to build rapport over the phone. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software will be beneficial. Being a team player and having a positive attitude will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. Time management and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment are also essential.
