Education: MBA Finance / CA / CMA / MBA
Core Skills: Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, MIS reporting and business partnering.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting financialplanning, budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis for retailoperations.
The role requires robust financial and analytical skills, with theability to convert financial data into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities:
Prepare annual budgets, periodic forecasts and rolling financial projections.
Analyse actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
Monitor revenue, operating expenses, gross margins and profitability.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards and management presentations.
Support P&L; analysis across retail stores, business units and product categories.




Analyse sales performance, cost trends, inventory movements and margins.
Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic decisions.
Work closely with business, operations, merchandising and finance teams.
Identify cost optimisation opportunities and improve financial performance.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and forecasts.
