Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals within the assigned area to achieve business targets for the Consumer Banking Group.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue generation.
Monitor team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback to enhance productivity and professional development.
Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer service delivery and resolve escalated issues promptly.




Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the designated area.

Requirements
University degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in sales management within the consumer banking or financial services sector.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Robust leadership capabilities with experience in managing, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of consumer banking products, wealth management services, and financial regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
