Position: Malayalam Voice Process / Telesales Executive
Locations: Coimbatore, Bangalore & Chennai
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Shift: Day Shift
Process: Voice Process – Telesales

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Promote products and services through telephone conversations.
Explain product features, advantages and offers to customers.
Understand customer requirements and generate sales leads.




Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills:
Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
Basic English communication skills.
Positive verbal communication and convincing skills.
Interest in sales and customer interaction.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
