Job Summary

As a Telecalling Executive, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking information about varicose veins treatment at Avis Hospitals. You will handle inbound enquiries through the IVR system and make outbound calls to prospective patients, understand their requirements, provide accurate information about our services and treatment process, answer non-clinical queries, and schedule outpatient (OP) consultations with our specialists. You will maintain accurate patient records, coordinate appointment bookings, and ensure every patient receives a qualified, empathetic, and seamless experience throughout their enquiry journey.
