Quality Control plan, Specifications, Work Instructions in Inward and In-process

Inspections.
Preparing (external & internal) inspection/ shift schedules
Guiding inspectors on decision-making.
Attending to customer complaints and supplier’s material issues.
Verifying inspection results
Ensuring for inspection/test status
Implementing statistical techniques
Extracting data on Rejections, Reworks on Quality trends
Coordinating route cause analysis on Quality problems with CFT

-Control of Non-conforming (NC) product & initiating effective action plan for NC’s of Internal and external
Monitoring and maintaining Quality records
Ensuring calibration of inspection, measuring and test equipment
Imparting training to inspectors on changes in Quality Control Plan
Training of QA staff for their line functions
Coordinating internal audits.
Evaluating Cost of Poor Quality
Suggestions implementation in the Dept.
Responsible for enforcing safety and discipline
Maintaining and indenting required formats and stationary
