Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment across all IT technical domains, including software development, infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, DevOps, database, data engineering, testing, ERP, and IT support.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.
Handle multiple IT technical requirements across various technologies and experience levels.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job portals, and internal databases.
Understand technical job descriptions and use effective Boolean search techniques to identify suitable candidates.
Screen resumes and assess technical skills, relevant experience, notice period, and salary expectations.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, candidate follow-ups, and joining closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports,



and achieve assigned hiring targets.

Technical Hiring Expertise
Software Development: Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, Frontend, and Backend.
Infrastructure & IT Support: Windows, Linux, Networking, Service Desk, Desktop Support, and Application Support.
Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and Terraform.
Cybersecurity: SOC, SIEM, Firewalls, Network Security, IAM, and PAM.
Data & Database: SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Data Engineering, BI, and AI/ML.
Testing & Enterprise Applications: Manual/Automation Testing, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Oracle Applications.
Technical Leadership: Technical Leads, Architects, Project Managers, and Engineering Managers.

Required Skills
4 to 6 years of experience in IT technical recruitment.
Robust sourcing, Boolean search, screening, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle diverse IT technical requirements independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment trackers.
Solid focus on recruitment targets, quality submissions, and timely closures.
