Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in IT project management, technical project management, healthcare projects or a related role.
Proven experience managing software/technology projects from initiation to production.
Solid experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing healthcare or health-tech projects.
Experience with healthcare integrations and interoperability.
Knowledge of HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, EHR, EMR or healthcare compliance requirements.
Experience managing large-scale enterprise applications or digital transformation initiatives.
